Fulfillment Policy

At Root & Rise Restorative Health, EC Restorative LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services and support to all of our clients. Due to the nature of our offerings, which include digital resources, personalized health coaching, lab interpretations, and time-based consulting services, all sales are final.

Once a service has been purchased or a program has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, scheduling conflicts, lack of participation, or failure to complete the program. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Clarity Call Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clarity Calls are offered as a valuable opportunity to connect and gain insight into your health journey. In order to respect the time and preparation involved:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled call.
  • If a cancellation or no-show occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a follow-up call will only be rebooked with an additional fee. This applies to both complimentary and paid Clarity Calls.
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies, at the sole discretion of Root & Rise Restorative Health, EC Restorative, LLC.
